We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. By accessing or using our website, courses, software, or community (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”).
Terms of Service
1) Educational Use Only (No Advice)
- All content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
- We do not recommend or endorse any specific securities, brokers, or strategies.
- Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves risk, including possible loss of principal.
2) Accounts, Access, and Acceptable Use
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You agree not to share logins, scrape or redistribute content, reverse engineer our software, or use the community for harassment, solicitation, or spam.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement or community rules.
3) Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
- If you purchase a subscription or digital product, you authorize us (and our Merchant of Record/payment partners) to charge your payment method per the price and billing interval shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access remains through the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds & cancellation terms are defined on our Refunds & Cancellation page and apply to all purchases.
4) Intellectual Property & License
- All course content, videos, text, graphics, and software are copyrighted or otherwise protected. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own learning use.
- You may not copy, distribute, resell, share, or make derivative works without our prior written consent.
5) Community Guidelines
- No dollar P&L flexing; share performance in points or percentages only. No trade “signals,” copy trading, or promises of results.
- Post well-reasoned ideas with entry, stop, and clear rationale. Respect mentors and peers; zero tolerance for harassment.
6) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind (express or implied).
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses.
7) Third-Party Services
We may use third parties to process payments, host data, send emails, provide analytics, or deliver community features. Your use of such services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
8) Governing Law; Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of TODO: your governing law/jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie in the courts located in TODO: city/state/country. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us.
9) Changes to the Services or Agreement
We may update the Services and this Agreement from time to time. We will post the updated date above. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
Privacy Policy

- Account & Contact Data: name, email, profile info, and settings you provide.
- Payment Data: processed by our Merchant of Record/payment partners (we do not store full card numbers).
- Usage & Device Data: pages viewed, features used, IP address, device/browser info, and cookies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and fraud prevention.
- Community Content: messages, posts, or uploads you share in our community spaces.
