We aim to keep things simple and fair. This page explains how refunds, free trials, and cancellations work for Ghost Trader Academy (“GTA”).
Refund Policy Overview
- Digital education is non-refundable once accessed. When you start a course, join the community, or view gated content, the product is considered delivered.
- If a refund is offered on a checkout page, those terms apply.
- You may cancel anytime and retain access through the end of the billing period.
Cancel Anytime
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Cancel from your dashboard before the renewal date to stop future charges.
- After canceling, access remains until the period ends. No partial refunds.
Free Trials
- Some plans include a free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
- If not canceled, billing begins automatically at the end of the trial.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your GTA account.
- Go to Account → Billing.
- Select your active subscription and click Cancel.
- Follow prompts and confirm via email.
*If you signed up via a third-party marketplace, cancelation may need to be done there.*
Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Fraudulent or unfriendly chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of fees.
